About Timtony
An independent governance layer for the capital decisions that matter most.
We exist to give corporate executives, boards of directors and sovereign sponsors a clear-eyed view of what could go wrong — before billions of dollars of infrastructure, telecom and public-sector capital are committed.

Telecom
Our Mission
To expose the hidden financial vulnerabilities in complex CapEx portfolios so institutional stakeholders can safeguard high-stakes capital before deployment begins.
We do this by stripping out middle-management optimism and modelling the real-world impact of hyper-inflation, currency devaluation and regulatory shifts on every major investment decision.
Our Vision
A generation of African and global infrastructure, telecom and public-sector capital deployed with the foresight of an independent governance layer, not the optimism of an internal plan.
We measure our contribution in the overruns avoided, the capital protected and the projects that stand up to the volatility of the environments they were built in.

Our philosophy
Plans don't need another cheerleader. Capital needs an independent view.
Timtony was founded on a frustration: too many high-stakes infrastructure, telecom and public-sector commitments were being validated by the same teams that had authored them — and the hidden vulnerabilities only appeared once billions of dollars were already committed.
We built the alternative. An independent governance layer that pressure-tests assumptions against inflation, FX and regulatory shocks, quantifies downside exposure, and reports directly to the board or sovereign sponsor.
The work is harder. The answers are more sobering. The capital is better protected.

— Founding Principle
"We expose the future uncertainties before your assets are committed."
How we work
Four principles that govern every engagement.
Independent
We report to the board or sponsor, never to the team we are stress-testing.
Scenario-based
We test capital against inflation, FX and regulatory shocks — not a single forecast.
Decision-ready
Every output is structured around a commit, defer or reshape decision.
Discreet
We work quietly, with the discretion high-stakes capital demands.
